Visiting Nurse

Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County was established by the joining of forces of Foothills Visiting Nurse and Home Care, VNA Northwest, and Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association. Our mission is to provide the best home health, hospice, and preventive care for the residents of Litchfield County and beyond. Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County’s Hospice Program provides physical care, emotional support, expert pain and symptom management, spiritual support and the companionship of specially trained volunteers for patients and their families. We also provide bereavement support for families who have lost a loved one.
