Creative Caregivers was founded on the idea that in-home care could be developed with customized plans based on individualized needs and added activities to keep seniors engaged and independent in their homes for as long as possible allowing them and their families to feel confident with the care they are receiving. We take a comprehensive approach to care and believe it is best delivered in the comfort and privacy of our client’s home. We specialize in dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice support, as well as just supporting the activities of daily living.
