Established in 1974, Connecticut provide quality, compassionate, and competent interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care to patients suffering from irreversible illness, and to members of their families. Connecticut Hospice provides compassionate, comfort-oriented, and comprehensive inpatient hospice care with the goal of improving quality of life for patients and their loved ones.
