Charlie Brown is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law, focusing his practice on the transfer and protection of assets.Charlie is committed to raising the level of estate planning and elder law in North Carolina. Accomplishing this goal required a plan to assist other attorney across the state to become more knowledgeable about estate planning and elder law, his two practice areas. In addition, he has taken leadership positions in the estate planning section, being on the Section Council and chair of the State Bar’s committee that tests attorneys who seek to become estate planning specialists.
