I am an elder law, estate planning, and probate attorney. I advise older people and their families on Medicaid planning to help pay for long-term care, including in the nursing home, I create and draft estate plans for my clients including revocable living trust, Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, powers of attorney, patient advocate designations and living wills, and last wills and testaments. I help my clients with probate court matters like settling estates, guardianships, and conservatorships.
