Accord Palliative and Hospice Care

Accord Palliative and Hospice Care, Inc. is a community-based organization providing hospice services to the Dallas/Fort Worth and its surrounding area. We are a licensed and certified organization locally owned and headquartered in Dallas, TX. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) to provide hospice services. We offer the highest clinical standards for day-to-day medical care, including providing pain and symptom management. Our patient- centered approach focuses on the needs of the patient and family, led by an interdisciplinary team. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and major insurance plans.
